With the steady development of the global economy and the advent of the big data age,our economy has been influenced by the economic globalization and informatization,and the economic structure has undergone a great change.Enterprises have seized the opportunity to meet the needs of the times,and further expand the size of subsidiaries throughout the country to seek scale benefits.As an upgraded financial management model to solve the decentralized financial accounting and management problems,the financial sharing service model is gradually introduced into the construction and application of the large enterprise groups,and the financial sharing service model is in the initial stage of exploration,the use of the correct performance evaluation method,the establishment of a viable scientific financial Sharing Center performance evaluation system for the progress of financial sharing is of great significance to the implementation of financial sharing services enterprise development also has traction and guiding significance.Therefore,in order to accurately evaluate the performance of the Financial Sharing Center,this paper takes the financial Sharing center of a group as the research object,uses the Balanced scorecard to construct the whole evaluation frame,uses the analytic hierarchy process to carry on the concrete index weight assignment,constructs the performance evaluation index system suitable for the financial Sharing Center of A,and evaluates the performance level comprehensively,according to the performance evaluation system calculation of the specific scoring performance proposed in the future improvement measures.Finally,the balanced Scorecard is the most scientific and feasible performance evaluation method for A financial Sharing Center,and the Financial Sharing center of a group should optimize the performance evaluation Index system from financial,customer,internal process and learning and growth dimensions.
