Study On Ecological Green Roof

With the rapid development of urbanization,a series of social problems on population,resources,environment and ecology,have occurred,and the comprehensive bearing capacity of cities has been tested as never before.Sponge city is the concept and direction of urban construction in the future,and it is a green and healthy urban development mode.Urban architecture,as an organic whole of the city,has built a city organization.Construction of green buildings is of great significance to improving urban ecology and living environment.At present,the building roofs are mostly bare and hard spaces.Roof greening can not only protect buildings,add special features to the urban environment,but also play a role in mitigating rainstorms,improving air quality,reducing noise,adjusting microclimate,and create some diverse habitats for wildlife and human.In this paper,the concept and classification of green roofs are systematically summarized and the important ecological functions of green roofs are clarified.Secondly,based on the characteristics of the climate and buildings in Nanning region,this paper proposes a classification system which is beneficial to the eco-system of the green roof.Then,by the research on the climate and ecological problems of Nanning city,combining with the ecological function of the green roof,the specific ecological functions of each kind of green roof should be obtained,and the evaluation index system of green roof is summarized.Finally,based on plant configuration,roof structure design and post-operation management,this paper proposes specific operation to realize the ecological effect of green roof,and hopes to provide the guideline for green roof construction.
