Study On The Application Of Green Building In Qingdao Area

In this paper,by analyzing the current situation of green building application and some problems,through the analysis of a typical case of "Sino German Eco Park" passive house project,and the application of the green building in Qingdao city and regional characteristics,and the use of chart analysis,data analysis,incremental investment analysis methods,advantages and disadvantages of the application Qingdao green building area at present the application situation and typical technology of the research described,provides some suggestions for government departments to promote the development of green building,to provide a basis and reference for decision-making of green building programs for the development of real estate investors and other parties.This paper mainly studies the following problems:(1)Select green building with typical representative features--passive house project analysis,elaborate its advantages in reducing energy consumption,reducing greenhouse gas emissions and other aspects.(2)Analysis of the current situation of application of green building technology in Qingdao City,analyze the existing problems for the application of green building,green building in the city of Qingdao to explore the technology and economy,and the need to carefully use technology were introduced.(3)In order to speed up the application and promotion of green buildings in Qingdao,measures and suggestions are put forward according to the influencing factors(policy system,supporting system,etc.)of various aspects.
