While cars,as a modern means of transport,bringing comfort and convenience to human life,its fuel consumption is also increasing,and the popularity of electric vehicles will greatly ease the problem.With the promotion of production and sales of electric vehicles,the corresponding supporting charging facilities will be a great demand.For the domestic charging station and charging pile of this kind of charging facilities,due to the influence of area and charging time and other factors,for private electric car charging,the application efficiency is relatively low,and the charger just to fill this gap.This thesis will combined intelligent microcontroller control technology and high-frequency switching power supply technology to build the electric vehicle charger control system,and the feasibility of the system is verified through the research of the system software and hardware design and the closed loop control method.Electric vehicle charger control system is designed in this thesis using FPGA as the core controller.According to different battery types and different battery remaining power,different charging modes are adopted,and different sliding mode controller structure is adopted according to the different controlled objects.The system output is controlled and simulated,its stability is verified by comparing with the conventional control.The main contents of this thesis are as followed:(1)Through the research on the theory and method of control for battery charging control system analysis,put forward a framework of the new intelligent charger.(2)The hardware platform of the system is set up,including the controller of the minimum system and peripheral main circuit,communication circuit and so on.(3)The software platform of the system is set up,the Verilog HDL language is used to construct the relevant IP core and the related test bench is written to verify the sequential logic function.In addition,the design of the touch screen upper computer is used to build a good man-machine interaction interface.(4)The control system of the charger is modeled and simulated.Through the equivalent analysis of each module of the main circuit of the system,the equivalent mathematical model of the system is established;the sliding mode variable structure control method is studied and analyzed,according to the characteristics of the actual system and the equivalent model,the sliding mode controller based on charge voltage and the sliding mode controller based on charge current are designed;By MATLAB/Simulink simulation,compared with conventional PID closed-loop control,the sliding mode controller has more advantages in the closed-loop control of the charger system.
