Research On AC Motor Fault Diagnosis Based On Fuzzy Expert System

Motor is currently the most widely used power supply equipment and drive devices,many large steel mills and power plants and other large factories have to use the motor.At present,not a small number of devices need to be driven by the motor to drive,so the usefulness of the motor everywhere.The same time as a result of long-term high-intensity operation,the motor will inevitably occur some small failures.If the motor is not effectively monitored,then a major failure of the motor affect the operation leading to downtime,it will directly affect the production,will lead to huge economic losses.So it is necessary to guarantee the motor is usually the effective state monitoring and timely fault diagnosis.AC motor common faults are vibration and noise is too large,the stator winding inter-turn short circuit,the rotor winding short-circuit between the rolling bearing and cage damage and so on.For these failures,must be timely diagnosis and maintenance in order to ensure that the motor running in a healthy state.In this thesis,the AC motor of Anshan Iron and Steel Company is taken as the research background,and some common faults of the AC motor in the steel plant are summarized,and the theoretical mechanism of these faults is analyzed in detail.The main idea of this thesis is to preprocess the sampled motor parameter signal by wavelet analysis,and then get the fault reason of the motor through the diagnosis of fuzzy expert system.The main contents of this thesis are as follows:Firstly,the characteristics of wavelet analysis are introduced,then the wavelet analysis is applied to the spectrum feature extraction of motor signal.And uses the wavelet analysis as a method of AC motor fault diagnosis fuzzy expert system to preprocess the motor parameter data,makes the AC motor fuzzy expert system more convenient to extract the characteristics of the motor parameter data,and then uses the rules in the knowledge base to fault the motor diagnosis.Finally,the AC motor fault diagnosis fuzzy expert system is used to diagnose the fault reason of the AC motor in Anshan Iron and Steel Company and solve the practical problem.In this thesis,the safe operation of the motor and early detection of fault has a very effective role for the production of safe and orderly manner to provide a guarantee.
