Gas insulated composite apparatus(GIS)is widely used in high voltage power transmission and transformation system.It plays a vital role in power system.Once it fails,the loss is serious.With the continuous development of non-destructive testing methods,compared with the traditional methods using sensors to test physical and chemical parameters,X-ray non-contact non-destructive testing of GIS The device is an effective external diagnostic tool to ensure safe and reliable operation of GIS equipment without disassembly.The digital X-ray imaging system uses high frequency X-rays machine and flat panel detector to transilluminate the gas insulated composite electrical equipment in substation,and then transmits the detected image to the computer.Therefore,In this paper,the application of the flexible device for radiographic detection of GIS equipment in power grid is studied deeply,and the following aspects are studied in depth:(1)The research status of the flexible device for radiographic detection of GIS equipment in power grid at home and abroad is expounded,the significance and current situation of the application of radiographic detection of GIS equipment in power grid are analyzed,and the current situation of the application of radiographic detection of GIS equipment in GIS equipment in China is proposed.The disadvantages of radiographic testing for GIS equipment in power grids are analyzed in detail in the following sections.(2)Firstly,the development sources of X-ray and the related principles and theories of grid GIS equipment X-ray detection are expounded in detail,including the generation and imaging of grid GIS equipment X-ray;secondly,the basic composition and working process of grid GIS equipment X-ray digital imaging system are analyzed,and the generation of grid GIS equipment X-ray digital is analyzed.The advantages and characteristics of the GIS power grid are analyzed in detail.(3)On the basis of sufficient investigation and demand analysis,the design of the mechanical part of the flexible X-ray testing equipment is carried out.Firstly,the design objective and scheme of the machine are put forward.Then the composition,principle,performance and characteristics of the part are analyzed in detail,and the flexible X-ray testing equipment is analyzed and designed in detail.(4)On the basis of sufficient investigation and requirement analysis,the electrical part of the flexible X-ray testing equipment is designed;first,the design goal is put forward,then the control system of the flexible testing equipment is analyzed,and the mechanical composition and working principle of the flexible testing equipment are analyzed in detail,and the control system is reasonable.The design has reduced the radiation to the staff to a certain extent.
