With the rapid development of economy and the wide application of high-tech, Petrochemical and other large enterprises faced some problems and needed to solve.Petrochemical and other large enterprises are facing one of the main problems is the load power supply continuity; the current widespread method is using two or more power, and using the traditional automatic switch device (referred BZT) to power supply switch. But as the enterprise load capacity increase and equipment precision degree rise, the automatic switch device cannot meet the requirements of the enterprises, so large enterprises began to use fast cutting device to replace the traditional automatic switch device to realize high voltage power supply switch. As a result of different enterprise power grid structure and different load types, if installation fast cutting device need to do the transient stability analysis between the power switching process, and according to the simulation results to check protect parameters. Firstly, according to the Tianjin SINOPEC grid line, transformer and the load parameters, this paper uses power system comprehensive analysis simulation software building the whole Tianjin SINOPEC power grid simulation model, and chooses three typical modes to do the transient simulation analysis; Then this paper selects the important protection type and parameters of the Tianjin SINOPEC, and combining with transient simulation results checks protection parameters. Finally to solve the problems between the power switching process, this paper puts forward some preventive measures to improve the success rate and prevent failure, so as to reducing the impulse current and avoiding the operation of relay protection.Petrochemical and other large enterprises are facing another major problem is the electricity dazzling problems, enterprise grid ongoing electricity dazzling phenomena often cause the influence to the enterprise. In order to better solve this problem, according to the present measures limitations, this paper proposes the basic anti-electricity dazzling ideas of using fast cutting device, does the electricity dazzling transient simulation analysis of the different position in Tianjin SINOPEC decompression station, then according to the transient simulation results checks protection parameters. Through the check results indicated that fast cutting device can be timely and effective to remove the electricity dazzling fault, avoid failure expanding, to ensure the stable operation of the system. Finally this paper puts forward some measures such as fast cutting device with anti-electricity dazzling AC contactor and fast cutting device with line fiber differential protection to further reduce the influence of the electricity dazzling or more quickly excision electricity dazzling fault.
