With the rapid construction and development of modern urbanization,the development of urban subway construction is one of the key tasks to deal with traffic congestion.The subway has the advantage of occupying a small space,a large volume of transportation,and a high environmental protection and safety factor.Considering that the subway construction is closed underground,the construction process is long and cumbersome,the technical standards are high,the construction period is tight and the external environment is easily disturbed and the series cannot be predicted,which is not conducive to the healthy and orderly operation of the subway project.Once a security incident breaks out,it will cause a devastating blow to the social environment,property and personal safety.Therefore,the potential risk factors in the construction of the subway can be effectively identified,and an effective treatment plan should be drawn up.The task of weakening and avoiding the risk of safety accidents cannot be delayed.Combined with the current situation of subway construction,based on the traditional risk management theory,combined with the risk management evaluation model,it is especially necessary to study the subway construction risk management.This paper systematically introduces the research status of risk management and the existing related theories,and analyzes the risk factors of subway construction risk through the five aspects: personnel,machinery,materials,environment and system.According to historical data and related literature,the construction risk evaluation index system of subway construction is constructed.Using the entropy weight method and D-S evidence theory,the weight of the evaluation index is determined.A subway construction risk assessment model was established.Based on the construction conditions and technical specifications of Qingdao Metro,taking the Dong Fang Ying du to Ling Shan Wei section of Qingdao Metro Line 13 as an example,using the established evaluation model,the overall risk assessment of the project is carried out,and effective risk prevention and avoidance are proposed.Suggestions and countermeasures.The resulting risk evaluation index system,the established risk assessment model and related risk prevention and countermeasures provide reference and reference for subway construction risk management in similar cities.
