| As China’s urbanization process continues to accelerate, the population of large and medium-sized cities is growing, resulting in increasing travel pressures. In order to solve the problem of travel difficulties, the progress of urban subway construction in China is also accelerating. As a national tourist city,Qingdao is increasingly attracting attention as an effective means of relieving traffic pressure. However, due to the complexity of subway construction technology and the difficulty of construction, there are many risk factors in the process of subway construction.Establishing an effective risk management system plays an important role in saving construction costs and ensuring project safety.Firstly, the paper introduces the general situation of the first phase of Qingdao Metro Line 2,and summarizes the types of construction accidents, including landslide accidents, fire accidents, pipeline accidents and mechanical accidents. On this basis, the status quo and problems of construction risk management are expounded.Secondly, the paper identifies the construction risk factors based on the normative standards and accident statistics, and then constructs the construction risk factor system of the first phase of Qingdao Metro Line 2.The system consists of three layers, one layer including personnel risk, environmental risk, mechanical risk, material risk and institutional risk;the second layer includes 12 sub-risks,which belong to the first layer of risk;the third layer includes 37 sub-risks,which belong to the second Layer risk.Based on the construction risk factor system of the first phase of Qingdao Metro Line 2,the weight of the project risk factors is determined by the Analytic Hierarchy Process(AHP)method, and then the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method is used to synthesize the construction risk of the first phase of Qingdao Metro Line2.The evaluation shows that the construction risk assessment results of the first phase of Qingdao Metro Line 2 are at a lower-middle level, and the risk status is generally acceptable, but it is still necessary to strengthen risk control. Finally, according to the results of project risk assessment, the control measures of project construction risk are expounded from five aspects: personnel risk, environmental risk, mechanical risk, material risk and institutional risk.At thesame time, from the introduction of third-party consulting institutions and the construction of risk control system Measures to ensure effective control of project construction risks through the application of these measures.Based on the theory and practice, this paper puts forward the construction risk identification method and construction risk assessment system of the first phase of Qingdao Metro Line 2,and through the test of typical cases, proposes relevant measures for the future risk management of China’s subway construction projects, for the construction enterprises. The theoretical research and practical operation of risk management in the process of building a subway project provide certain reference significance. |
