| The durability of asphalt pavement is closely related to material design,structure combination,construction and maintenance.The city management road usually take major rehabilitation to restore road performance when it reaches service life.In the process of road design,designers are often based on disease,focus on one aspect of road performance and ignore other performance.For example,pay attention to high temperature stability and neglect low temperature crack resistance,causing unbalanced road performance design.It has a negative effect on durability of asphalt pavement.Aiming at the specific disease characteristics and major rehabilitation requirements of the 3rd Road,this paper make a research on durability design of asphalt pavement materials based on the balance of road performance.Firstly,disease investigation and cause analysis were made before the major rehabilitation,and the design requirement for major rehabilitation was put forward.Secondly,according to the cause of the disease,the pavement material design schemes were put forward which met the road performance requirements,and durability had a good performance.Thirdly,three kinds of top layer materials and three kinds of middle layer materials were compared and evaluated on road performance,and three kinds of interlayer bonding materials were also tested on temperature sensitivity and shear fatigue resistance.In addition,the influence of modulus of top and middle layers and interlayer bonding on rutting depth and bottom bending stress was analyzed by orthogonal finite element simulation,which provides a basis for the proposed structure combination.Finally,according to the 3rd Road major rehabilitation background,the construction factors that affect the pavement structure function were analyzed,construction and quality control requirements,and structural design criteria for major rehabilitation were proposed.Above all,the road structure was recommended. |
