After four decades of reform and opening up,with the continuous development of the national economy,it inevitably brings the urgent need for the development of highway engineering construction.In this context,the proportion of highway bridge and the tunnel is increasing.In addition to the newly built bridge due to construction and other reasons,many bridges that have been built for a long time also have a variety of diseases.Especially in the bridges constructed in the 1970s and 1980s due to the limited technical level,the proportion of simply-supported T-beams and hollow slab bridges accounted for a large proportion.At present,the bearing capacity of many bridges can longer meet the current traffic flow requirements.Urgent reinforcement is needed to extend the service life.Therefore,this paper focuses on the hot direction of bridge reinforcement.The comprehensive analysis and comparison of prestressed concrete T-girder bridges in highway bridges using three commonly used reinforcement methods,including carbon fiber reinforcement,external prestressed reinforcement,and adhesive steel plate reinforcement,were carried out.The reinforcement principles,advantages and disadvantages,and construction procedures of these reinforcement methods were introduced.Take the actual project as the research background,by using these three reinforcement methods,comprehensive comparison of various factors.Finally,choose the best and most reasonable reinforcement program.This article mainly focuses on the Wuxi Second Bridge in luxi County,autonomous prefecture of western Hunan,analyze and study the problem of force state before and after reinforcement.Midas Civil 2015,a large-scale professional software for bridge structures,was used for structural simulation analysis of actual projects.Its main research content is as follows:1?Firstly,briefly discuss the development status of the bridge reinforcement,the research history,several common reinforcement methods,the current status of the testing of concrete bridges,and the principle of comparison of the plans.The proportion of simple-supported T-beam bridges in small-and medium-span girder bridges is relatively large,and a large number of old ones are in urgent need of reinforcement.2?Based on the current testing basis and contents,the defects and diseases of the bridge structure are summarized by on-site inspection,in this way,the overall status of the overall state of the bridge is assessed,to determine the level of the bridge to determine whether it needs strengthening.3?By analyzing the mechanical characteristics and working mechanism of the three commonly used reinforcement methods,including carbon fiber cloth reinforcement,external prestressed reinforcement,and adhesive steel plate reinforcement,and introducing their specific construction process.4?Through Wuxi Second Bridge as the engineering background,using three reinforcement methods,Midas Civil 2015,a large-scale bridge calculation software,was used to establish a corresponding reinforcement model,analyzing and comparing the parameters such as bearing capacity,deflection,stress,and stiffness of the reinforced bridge structure.Comprehensive comparison of other factors,selecting the most appropriate reinforcement method for this bridge.
