With the development of society,people pay more and more attention to environmental problems.A series of problems caused by the mass use of clay bricks in the wall materials have begun to be paid attention to.Clay bricks,using clay as raw materials,seriously damaged the arable land and need sintering in the process of production.This process will produce a large amount of harmful gas,which has large pollution and high energy consumption.According to the national spirit of energy saving and emission reduction,the solid clay bricks were banned in the country in the end of 2005.In order to respond to the urgent demand of policy and market,a series of new wall materials,such as clay hollow brick,aerated brick and so on,are beginning to emerge.However,there are still many defects in this kind of wall material,such as the wall cracks,seepage,leakage,and two difficult decoration,which is not conducive to the promotion and use of block walls.Under this background,the concrete cross hole hollow block came into being,and the contradiction was properly solved.The concrete cross hole hollow block has the advantages that other building materials can't compare with the energy saving and environmental protection.It is generally regarded as a new type of wall material with high energy saving,waste,green and environmental protection.In this paper,on the basis of ABAQUS,the test model of compression and earthquake resistance of concrete cross hole hollow block sandwich wall is analyzed by finite element method,and the results of numerical simulation and test are compared.Then,combined with the test and numerical simulation results,the construction measures and construction methods of the concrete transverse hole hollow block sandwich wall are suggested.The following work is mainly done:(1)the main method of nonlinear numerical analysis of masonry structure is introduced.Combined with the model,a numerical analysis method suitable for sandwich wall is selected.The constitutive relations of various materials used in modeling and the parameter setting of concrete damage plasticity models are summarized.(2)using the finite element software ABAQUS to simulate the compression performance of the eccentric compression sandwich wall and the eccentric compression sandwich wall with 3 different structural forms,and obtained the stress cloud map,the concrete equivalent plastic strain cloud and the load displacement curve,and compared the numerical simulation and test.The accuracy of the finite element analysis of the compression model is proved.The expression of compressive load capacity of sandwich wall was modified by using the finite element analysis.(3)finite element software ABAQUS is used to simulate the seismic performance of 7 hollow concrete sandwich walls with different structural measures.The stress nephogram,the equivalent plastic strain cloud graph and the load displacement curve of the specimens obtained by numerical simulation are compared with the test results,and the reasons for the difference between the experimental and numerical simulation results are expounded,and the reliability and applicability of the finite element analysis in the seismic model are proved.(4)there is a great difference between the cross hole hollow block and the vertical hole hollow block and the common brick masonry block.In the engineering example,the construction measures need to be further improved.Therefore,based on the results of the test and the finite element analysis,the construction measures and construction methods of the sandwich wall are reasonably suggested,which is beneficial to the application and popularization of the masonry sandwich wall.
