The Electricity is already indispensable in the modern civilized world,and the role played by motors in it is also far-reaching.In recent decades,major breakthroughs in rare earth permanent magnetic materials have provided material basis for the rapid development of Permanent Magnet Synchronous Motors(PMSM),and have also greatly enhanced the cost-effectiveness of PMSM,making them having more extensive service to the people.PMSM's advantages of light weight,energy saving,environmental protection,high power and high torque make it a place in the current mainstream motors,however,the effective control of PMSM is still not mature enough,so the relevant research is of great significance.In this paper,sliding mode variable structure control method is used to study the PMSM system.The design of this method does not rely on the parameters of the object,it has strong anti-disturbance ability,and it has the characteristics of fast response,no on-line identification,and simple physical implementation.Sliding mode control is widely sought after by researchers,but also has the problem of high frequency buffeting,which also limits the promotion of its practical application.In order to effectively overcome this problem,scholars from all over the world have made achievements,such as constructing a proper sliding surface,designing a reasonable approaching law,and combining with other intelligent control methods.This paper uses the method that combines a modified tracking differentiator(TD),an extended state observer(ESO),and a sliding mode control device,after applying it to a PMSM system,the control results obtained are ideal.The main research contents of the paper are as follows:(1)Summarizes the background significance,development history,and related control strategies and techniques of PMSM,and proposes PMSM mathematical models in three different coordinate systems.Taking into account,the TD and ESO to be used in the follow-up study,a more systematic analysis and improvement of the two were carried out to lay the foundation for the subsequent work.(2)Sliding mode variable structure control is proposed as the main control method,and the method is systematically described.In order to reflect advanced nature,this method is combined with ADRC and added to TD to implement a complex system.Simulation results show that the control system responds quickly,without overshoot,and with chattering suppression.(3)Aiming at the complex system of PMSM,a sliding mode control method based on TD and ESO is studied.The method performs vector control on the current loop and further realizes the control of the speed and torque of the PMSM.In the design of the corresponding control scheme,the idea of cascade control was adopted and two similar controllers were constructed.The q-axis current was controlled by the rotation speed and the voltage was controlled by the q-axis current.The former rotation speed was actually estimated by the ESO.Therefore,speed sensorless control is achieved.A class of nonlinear smooth function is used in the construction of TD,ESO and sliding mode controllers.The final simulation results show that this method has the advantages of high accuracy,high speed,anti-disturbance and no chattering.
