With the transition of expressways from the construction period to the maintenance period in China,the problem of pavement maintenance has become increasingly prominent so that the "Comprehensive Maintenance" pattern has been formed..However,due to the limited funds for maintenance,it is the most important issue for the current management department to formulate scientific and reasonable maintenance plans to meet the maintenance needs of expressway in the maintenance decision-making work.Therefore,the research on the maintenance decision-making method was carried out for the asphalt pavement.Changyi expressway was taken as an example.The main work and conclusions are as follows:(1)Through the comprehensive investigation and analysis of Changyi expressway,the distribution characteristics and quantitative characteristics of the pavement disease were summarized.Disease-prone road sections were selected for implementing the on-site inspection and relevant tests.Formation causes and development laws of typical pavement diseases were analyzed.(2)Combined with the road features and the existing data of Changyi expressway,the detection data over the years were preprocessed.The road sections were divided by the dynamic clustering.The attenuation laws of pavement performance were analyzed by taking the road section as the unit.The prediction models of pavement performance were established.The verification analysis showed that the above models have good fitting accuracy and practicality,which is more in line with the attenuation conditions of Changyi Expressway pavement performance.(3)According to the characteristics of maintenance decision-making of project-level pavement,the importance of pavement maintenance was comprehensively sorted by using the minimum sum of squared weighted deviation.,the multi-objective grey correlation analysis method was introduced to compare and select maintenance measures,and a complete maintenance decision-making system of project-level pavement maintenance was established,which could reduce the arbitrariness of human decision making and improve the comprehensive benefit for maintenance.(4)Based on the case analysis of pavement maintenance of Changyi Expressway,which proved the feasibility of the maintenance decision-making method in this thesis.In terms of the deficiencies of the original pavement management system,a decision analysis system module was designed and developed to strengthen the depth of system-assisted management and improve the intelligent management level of maintenance.
