As a large number of municipal roads have entered the peak period of maintenance at present in our country,The preventive maintenance of asphalt pavement is becoming more significant to delaying the roads repair and overhaul and reducing the road life-cycle cost.However,the current decision-making methods and processes for preventive maintenance of asphalt pavements are still immature and lack national standards around our country.How to evaluate the performance of asphalt concrete pavement and how to make scientific and reasonable preventive maintenance decision based on the evaluation results are the two cores of preventive maintenance work of asphalt pavement.In view of this,this paper has carried out in-depth research on issues related to preventive maintenance decision-making of municipal road asphalt pavement.The main work and results are as follows:(1)The asphalt pavement disease investigation was finished on Guiyang ring expressway K62+500 to K82+500,K38+600 to K41+700,K23+400 to K32+800,K15+200to K21+70.We can find that the four main diseases are cracks,ruts and potholes from the investigation.Based on the analysis of the actual situation,it is concluded that the causes of crack disease mainly include: Reflection cracks caused by "White to black",weather reasons,construction defects and overload.Rutting causes mainly include:Too much asphalt,too little coarse aggregate,construction defects and poor working conditions of asphalt pavement.(2)Combined with the common preventive maintenance measures of asphalt pavement in Guiyang city,the economic and technical performance of preventive maintenance measures were analyzed and evaluated from the perspectives of pre-maintenance effect and technical economy.and a database of preventive maintenance measures for asphalt pavement of Guiyang ring expressway was established.(3)Based on the analysis of the existing highway asphalt pavement performance evaluation system,The threshold value of pavement performance index suitable for preventive maintenance of ring city expressway in Guiyang city was proposed:Including the evaluation index of road running quality,the evaluation index of road damage condition,the evaluation index of road structure strength,the evaluation index of skid resistance,the rutting evaluation index and the comprehensive evaluation index of road performance.(4)Based on the common asphalt pavement preventive maintenance strategy library,The decision-making process of preventive maintenance of expressway asphalt pavement around Guiyang city was established,including preliminary and final decisions(5)Based on the method of decision tree,the preliminary decision model of preventive maintenance measures for expressway asphalt pavement around Guiyang city was established.Based on the analytic hierarchy process(AHP)theory,a final decision model for preventive maintenance of asphalt pavement is established.and the group decision analytic hierarchy process(AHP)is introduced to overcome the disadvantages of the traditional AHP,and The final decision model of preventive maintenance of asphalt pavement was established.Taking the preventive maintenance project of southwest expressway of Guiyang city as an example,We make a decision on the preventive maintenance measures of some road sections by using the decision-making model established above. |
