The maturity and development of solar technology make it an indispensable part of renewable energy consumption.Photovoltaic PV/T(Photo Voltaic/Thermal)technology combines heat pipes and photovoltaic panels to generate electricity while photovoltaics Photovoltaic light-heat integration technology that recovers the residual heat of photovoltaic cells,thereby improving power generation efficiency.This paper studies the performance simulation of the original PV/T system and the novel flat heat pipe PV/T system test,based on the heat pipe PV/T system established by our group.The mathematical model of the original heat pipe PV/T system was improved at first,the flow channel model in the manifold of the collector model is refined to analyze the energy balance equation based on the principle of node division,the mathematical model replaces the original mathematical model with the whole box as a heat exchange unit.The numerical simulation results are compared with the experimental values and the simulated values before the model changes.Based on the above simulation research,this paper aims at the concept of “coalfree ecological village”,which uses solar energy to effectively replace the coal resources in rural areas for clean heating,corresponding to the heat pipe solar PV/T system used in rural areas of Beijing.Performance simulation.This part of the study is based on the typical meteorological data of Beijing and the mathematical model of solar radiation intensity.Based on the heat pipe solar PV/T system model,the hot water collecting system and heat pump collecting system under different seasons and climatic conditions are proposed.And the operating strategy of the heat pump heating system.A simulation study was carried out on the daily dynamic performance and annual performance of the three modes,and the benefit analysis was carried out.At the end of the paper,the heat collector of the heat pipe solar PV/T heat collecting system was modified,and the new flat heat pipe was used to replace the original traditional copper heat pipe to expand the contact area between the heat pipe and the photovoltaic plate,and to strengthen the heat pipe.Thermal effect.And a new heat pipe solar PV/T heat collecting system test bench was built.The system performance test was carried out under cloudy and sunny conditions.Based on the experimental data measured by the original test bench,the old and new heat pipe solar PV/T were built.The performance of the heat collecting system is compared.The results show that the new flat heat pipe can effectively absorb the residual heat of the photovoltaic panel,and the performance of the optimized heat pipe solar PV/T heat collecting system is significantly improved.This study provides certain reference value for the optimization and improvement of PV/T system and its application and promotion in rural clean energy field.
