With the rapid increase of public building area in China,the total energy consumption of public buildings is also increasing,and the most energy-consuming is the centralized airconditioning system.Through literature research,it is also found that the centralized air conditioning water system is one of the places with the most energy saving potential and the most problems.Therefore,this paper aims to study the overall characteristics of centralized air conditioning water system,and use simulation to study the overall user-side model considering user-side coupling and without considering user-side coupling,which can reflect the overall hydraulic,thermal and dynamic characteristics of the user-side system,and combined with the cold station model to obtain a centralized air conditioning water system simulation platform,providing a reliable simulation platform for the study of the overall characteristics of the centralized air conditioning water system,annual energy consumption and operating conditions.Firstly,this paper builds a dynamic simulation platform for air conditioning water system,which includes four user-side overall models for users to select according to the user-side adjustment manner and air conditioning scale,as well as a detailed cold station side model,through the combination calculations of the user-side model and the cold station model,which can be used to simulate the dynamic operating characteristics of the water system and the energy consumption of the cold station equipment.Secondly,the accuracy of the water network model of the simulation platform is verified by the experimental platform.Then,through the same case,use the whole model platform of the on-off/continuous regulation water system with/without detailed water network of the user-side is used for simulation calculation,which obtain the overall characteristics of the on-off/continuous regulation water system with/without detailed water network of the user-side.The effects of different control manner,different differential pressure setting values and different water supply temperatures on the overall characteristics of the centralized air conditioning water system were simulated.Finally,through the application of a centralized air conditioning system building with three kinds of water valve adjustments,such as on-off regulation,continuous regulation and nonregulation,the overall operation characteristics and equipment power consumption of the centralized air-conditioning water system in the summer were obtained.In the case,the application of the simulation platform was demonstrated.
