With the development of diversified society culture and consumption needs,architecture digital technology has developed rapidly in the past few years.The amount of the practice of nonlinear architecture digital technology increases day by day at home and aboard,and 3D surface turn up continuously.With the development of computer technology,the shape refinement and design expression of 3d curved building is no longer the restriction factor of the architect’s imagination.Build 3D surface by curtain wall system is one of the most familiar 3D surface construction ways.3D curved curtain wall is very common in the non-linear architectural practice at home and abroad,but its construction is generally complex,so it is necessary and important to consider its construction method in the design stage and minimize its construction difficulty.In this paper,the author studies the construction of 3D curved curtain wall and applies the research results to the optimization design of practical proj ects.Based on the scheme design of Fuzhou Deng Yun art center,this paper analyzes and optimizes the design of its three-dimensional curved-surface curtain wall.This paper follows the line of questioning--research--solution and is divided into four parts:First part is introduction:putting forward questions,describing the research object,stating research method and structure,and defining research aim;Second part includes case study and project design.The part of case study makes a lot of case analysis on the actual projects including 3d curved curtain wall at home and abroad,summarizes the application of different curtain wall materials,different elements and different curtain wall systems in 3d curved curtain wall.The project design part takes the Dengyun art center in Fuzhou,which the author participated in the design,as an example to analyze the whole process and results from the conceptual design to the optimization design of its three-dimensional curved curtain wall.Third part is the optimization design of the curtain wall.The author analyzes the construction problem of the original curtain wall scheme in detail,and puts forward a reasonable solution based on the comprehensive consideration of the difficulty of component production and processing,positioning construction difficulty and construction cost.Using the optimization idea of control variables,three factors affecting the construction of curtain wall were optimized,and two complete curtain wall optimization schemes were obtained,which provided a more feasible choice for the construction of three-dimensional curvilinear curtain wall in Fuzhou Dengyun art center Forth part is conclusion and vision,summarizing the research and looking into the future.The innovative achievement of this thesis lies in the systematic analysis and summary of the construction mode of three-dimensional curved curtain wall.In view of the actual project,it is of practical significance to optimize the three-dimensional curved curtain wall from the design level to reduce the difficulty of its actual construction.The research on the construction of 3d curved building in domestic colleges and universities has begun to take shape.This paper hopes to make a small supplement to the research field of 3d curved building construction through the research on the construction of 3d curved curtain wall,and to help promote and complete the actual project of 3d curvilinear building in the future.
