Doors,windows and curtain wall are the most indispensable components of energy saving in the building structure, energy lost through the windows and curtain walls is about 40% to 50% of the total energy consumption in buildings.energy-saving technology of doors and windows development slowly, the structure of doors and windows is single, the efficiency of energy saving is low.but the use of curtain wall is spreading rapidly, the area of curtain wall become more and more in proportion of the building envelope, and the energy lost through the curtain wall become more and more.In order to meet the goal of building energy efficiency in China's "Twelfth Five Year Plan", the development of energy-saving windows and doors, the energy-saving reform of existing doors and windows, the development of new energy-saving curtain wall, promoting the use of new energy-saving doors and windows and curtain wall is imperative.In this paper, the problems and development trend of energy saving technology for doors and windows and curtain wall are researched, the application of energy-saving technology for doors and windows and curtain wall is optimize designed in Changsha.This paper analyzes the underground location and climate characteristics of Changsha, on the basis of the existing windows and curtain wall with energy-saving technologies elaborate facade, the improvement method of energy-saving technologies is put forward.Respectively from the building glass, the structure of doors and windows and curtain wall, sealing material, the selection of hardware, and other aspects of comprehensive research,the doors and windows and curtain wall energy saving technology for integration optimization and design suitable for windows and doors and curtain wall energy saving system in ChangshaIn this paper, the integrated optimization design of door and window and curtain wall system of a typical apartmentand commercial building in Changsha city is carried out, and the MQMC software is adopted to improve the thermal performance calculation and contrast analysis, it is concluded that under the same conditions, using the same kind of hidden frame curtain wall glass heat transfer coefficient is smaller than Windows, structure more simple.Considering the cost and energy saving effect, it is can give priority to with steel lining the doors and Windows of the heat insolation of increased as the envelope.Finally, the integrated research methods are used in unit curtain wall system of high-rise building, analysis of existing unit curtain wall of aluminum consumption big, glass panel breakage is not easy replacement and energy saving effect of poor characteristics, two suitable unit curtain wall system was designed for Changsha area.one is a kind of hidden unit frame curtain wall aluminum of increasing in steel lined reinforced, which is profile optimizated. significant cost savings; the other is the heat insulation technology is introduced into the frame unit curtain wall system, which energy saving effect is better. The four experiments are carried out to verify the performance of the hidden frame element type curtain wall system. The results show that the performance of the system has reached the national standard.For the two kinds of curtain walls with thermal and economic comparative analysis, concluded that heat transfer coefficien of broken bridge unit frame curtain wall is small er than unit hidden frame curtain wall by 22% a year, saving air conditioning electricity is about 9% a year.
