In recent years,a lot of research has been done on how to treat cancer in the clinic,which have made breakthrough progress.The brachytherapy technology adopted has achieved obvious therapeutic effects and provided a powerful weapon for human beings to further overcome cancer.The brachytherapy radiotherapy technology for the treatment of malignant tumors using radioactive seed sources has developed rapidly in China.At the same time,the assembly production of radioactive seed sources has changed from manual operation to automatic production.The automatic production device for the assembly of the radioactive seed source overcomes the hazards and defects brought by the manual operation to the staff,and isolates the human from the production environment.However,the entire automated assembly system consists of seven modules:titanium tube blanking module,welding seal module,inverted reversing module,silver blanking module,collection module,detection module,control module.Since there are many system modules and the normal operation of the automation device requires a good connection of each station,once a certain module or part fails,the assembly system will be completely paralyzed,therefore,it is necessary to develop a fault diagnosis system for the radioactive seed source assembly device.Aiming to the system structure of the seed source automatic assembly device and the functions realized by each module,this paper uses the fault diagnosis expert system based on fault tree analysis method to study.The main research contents are as follows:This paper first introduces the purpose and significance of fault diagnosis of seed source automatic assembly equipment,as well as the status quo and development trend of fault diagnosis research at home and abroad,and elaborates several typical methods of fault diagnosis,and then selects the expert system method to establish automatic assembly of seed source.The fault diagnosis system of the device,and then the expert system method was selected to establish a fault diagnosis system for the seed source automatic assembly device.Through the research and analysis of each module of the seed source automatic assembly device,this paper discusses the common faults of each module,and introduces the basic concept principle of the fault tree analysis method and the expert system,then the two methods are organically combined to establish and analyze the fault tree of the seven modules of the system.Using a knowledge-based reasoning approach,realization of reasoning process based on hybrid inference mode combined with forward and reverse and depth-first search strategy.In this paper,the fault tree analysis method is used to analyze the fault of the system,combining with each module,the fault tree of the device is built,and the qualitative analysis of the fault tree is carried out.By designing the expert system knowledge base and the inference engine,a complete fault diagnosis expert system for seed source automatic assembly device based on fault tree analysis method is established.And the expert system is realized through a complete development environment,the fault diagnosis platform is built by Windows platform,Qt development environment and SQLite database are used to realize the management of rules and knowledge,and achieve the purpose of fault diagnosis.At the end of the paper,a cone-shaped channel fault treatment device for a radioactive seed source preparation device was invented at the failure point of the silver wire blanking module,which effectively overcomes the situation that the silver wire is stuck or adhered in the tapered channel.In view of the fact that the silver wire is easy to adhere to the inner wall of the falling channel due to the humid environment,a laterally blown silver wire drop channel was invented during the study to solve the problem of moisture in the channel.
