With theexisting equipment of mechanical transmission compared to advanced technology, existingdetection method is not suiTablefor it, because it have complex structure, more complexfault mechanism, and is not easy to repair, Therefore, studying on the running state of thesynthetic transmission device detection means, has become a problem of armored vehiclerepair to solve. For this reason, this paper studies the design and implementation of faultdiagnosis expert system of04Caterpillar Infantry Chariots. The main contents are asfollows:Firstly, the knowledge acquisition of synthetic transmission device fault diagnosisexpert system is be studied. Using rough set data mining algorithm and the fault treeanalysis method to carry on the knowledge acquisition, solved the difficulty of faultdiagnosis expert system knowledge acquisition. Data mining algorithm of rough set is usedto obtain knowledge corresponding the top event of fault tree, so the specific diagnosis ischose. The fault tree analysis method be used to find out the minimum cut sets of fault tree,so the specific cause of the problem be confirmed.Secondly, the knowledge based of synthetic transmission device fault diagnosis expertsystem is be studied. Production knowledge representation method is used to represent theknowledge of expert system; Access2003database is used to realize knowledgeestablishment and storage of the synthetic transmission device fault diagnosis expertsystem, and the VC++6.0is used to realize the management and maintenance ofknowledge base.Thirdly, the reasoning machine of synthetic transmission device fault diagnosis expertsystem is be studied. Based on the research of reasoning direction and expert systemreasoning control strategy of expert system, this article take RETE pattern matching algorithm to realize the reasoning machine of synthetic transmission device fault diagnosisexpert system, and to a certain extent, and it improve the reasoning efficiency of thereasoning machine.Finally, the software implementation of synthetic transmission device fault diagnosisexpert system is be studied. According to the general structure of expert system, thefunction modules of synthetic transmission device fault diagnosis expert system bedesigned. According to the overall design of synthetic transmission device fault diagnosisexpert system and function module design, the workflow of synthetic transmission devicefault diagnosis expert system be designed. VC++6.0and the Access2003database beused to develop the fault diagnosis expert system software, and each function module wasrealized.
