The rapid development of society and the transformation of people's living needs have opened up huge commercial markets,but they have also brought new challenges to enterprises.A successful product should be a combination of design,technology and aesthetics.The user of the product is the judge,which requires the product to adhere to the "User-center" in the design process,follow the scientific and systematic user needs analysis process,and deeply understand the user's needs.This paper mainly studies the following main contents:reasonable classification and collection of user behavior data information;analysis of user demand table to obtain important needs of target users,in order to guide the design practice of luggage and find innovation in the later stage Direction,conduct valuable design practice exploration.The first part analyzes the user behavior research theory and product design process at home and abroad,analyzes how to deeply explore the user's needs,and the importance and form of user requirements at the product design level,and the impact on the whole life cycle of the product.Get the research process for comprehensive user needs.The second part,the market status of the suitcase and the design elements and standards that must be considered in the design process are classified and understood.According to the analysis of the existing luggage innovation products,the guiding role of user behavior analysis on product design can be found.Get product design trends and meet several major standards of user behavior.The third part is to study the lifestyle of the target users of the luggage products,and divide the user group into several categories.The users in each category have similar characteristics and attributes,and the users can be obtained for the main target users.Macro demand.The fourth part collects the operational behaviors generated by the target users in the process of using the luggage products(including the user's complete travel process)and the user's feelings,and combines the in-depth understanding of the user's behavior in the interview to analyze the behavior.The purpose of driving is to obtain comprehensive user needs.Analyze design practices at the three levels of product design for the complete user requirements.Finally,taking the luggage product as an example,the demand point with higher importance is transformed into a design point for innovation to improve the use value,aesthetic value and commercial value of the product.
