Heating by wind energy directly is an important form of wind energy utilization.The heater driven by the wind turbine generates heat.It can provide heat for winter heating in industrial parks,residential areas of small and medium-sized towns and remote villages,which have not been covered by heating network.In the effective use of renewable energy,it can effectively reduce the environmental pollution caused by the burning of fossil energy.In this paper,the effect of various factors on the heating effect is considered comprehensively based on the principle of heating.Design and build a test bed for magnetic eddy current heating device and liquid stirring heating device.Statistics and analysis of temperature parameters under different operating conditions during the start-up phase of the heater.The variation law of the heat transfer surface and the temperature of the inlet and outlet of the magnetic eddy current heater is obtained.The variation law of the temperature and temperature rise rate of the liquid stirring heater.Then through the analysis of the heating law,combined with the theoretical knowledge of fluid mechanics and electromagnetics,optimize the structure and parameters of the heater.Improve the heating effect of the heating device and design a reduction ratio heater for wind tunnel experiments.According to the relevant theoretical calculation formula,the theoretical calculation of temperature and heat exchange end difference is carried out.Secondly,through the wind turbine aerodynamic principle,the vertical axis wind turbine parameters required in the wind tunnel experiment are selected.Calculate the relationship between the wind energy utilization coefficient and the tip speed ratio of the selected model.The wind tunnel is tested on the scale-down heater using a structure in which the wind turbine is directly connected to the reduction ratio heater.Through the control of the circulating flow rate of the working fluid and the wind speed of the wind tunnel,the parameters of the temperature of the inlet and outlet of the refrigerant working fluid are obtained under different wind speed conditions.The temperature variation law and heating efficiency of the heating device under different wind speed conditions are obtained,and the operation mode that maximizes the efficiency of the heating system is pointed out.Finally,the economics of different heating schemes of independent household hot users in the selected examples are analyzed and compared,including initial investment cost and operating expenses.By comparing with coal-fired heating and electric heating schemes,It can be seen that compared with the scheme of coal-fired heating,the wind-heating scheme has no fuel consumption during the service period.It can be equal to the total cost of coal-fired heating when the life cycle reaches half.Compared with the electric heating scheme,it is not necessary to bear the cost of electricity in the use period.It is not attractive for short-term users.In the case of long-term use,it can effectively save operating costs,minimize heating costs,and have certain practical application value.
