The road sweeper used by the sanitation department uses the way of liquid spray to achieve the function of dust-removal and dust fall.This method of dust-removal has great limitations,for example,in winter cold areas or northern areas where water resources are scarce,it will seriously affect the operation time and dust-removal efficiency of road sweeper.Aiming at the defects of road sweeper dust-removal system of traditional liquid spray mode,a dry dust-removal system for road sweeper is designed in this paper.The system combines gravity dust-removal and filter cartridge dust-removal,according to the actual operating conditions of the dry dust-removal system,optimize the design on the structure:setting up baffles at the upper end of the inlet pipe of the gravity dedusting box,set the guide plate on both sides of the inlet pipe,in order to reduce the dust outlet air velocity,guarantee the maximum settlement of particles,an induction nozzle and venturi tube are added at the front end of the cartridge filter,improving the injection effect on the inner wall of the filter tube;pulse gas valve were added to filter cartridge by circulating injection and ash cleaning,reducing filter resistance of filter core,guarantee the efficient work of the filter tube.In this paper,the CFD analysis method is applied to simulate the airflow field of the sweeping system of the dry dust-removal system,the pressure distribution of the gas flow field under specific boundary conditions is obtained,including velocity distribution cloud chart,velocity streamline cloud chart.The performance parameters of the dry dust-removal system are evaluated through these cloud maps,verify the rationality of the optimization design of gravity settling tank and filter cartridge device in dry dust-removal system,through simulation data analysis,it is verified that the designed dry dust-removal system has high dust removal rate and low resistance performance.Through the physical test of dry dust-removal system,according to the analysis of the test data,we can see that:dust-removal system of filter cylinder pressure loss is less than 300 Pa after the improvement,dust-removal efficiency is more than 99%;it further verified the feasibility of the structure optimization and parameter confirmation of the dry dust-removal system,it solves many problems in the use of traditional dust-removal system;it is popularized.
