Fire safety guarantees the national economic and social development,which is directly related to the safety of life and property of the country and people.In the new era,with the rapid development of fire information management and "intelligent fire protection",more and more scenarios in the field of fire protection need to realize the information sharing and delivery of multi-link and multi-participants.As the basis of fire protection,the information sharing and interaction of fire products become very important.Participants in the industry are trying to solve the problem of sharing and interacting fire product information among participants in different ways.However,in the process of solving the problem of sharing and interacting fire product information among participants,little effect has been found.The sharing and interacting of fire product information is still shared and interacted in a single user or between two users in a way defined by each other,which leads to the phenomenon of information isolated island and information cut-off among participants.The main reason is that there is no uniform information transmission standard and media in the traditional way of information sharing of fire products;the traditional way of information sharing of fire products is mostly shared by B2 B and B2 C platforms,which can not integrate multiple participants.Using BIM(Building Information Modeling)technology to cover the characteristics of complete data information required by all participants in the whole life cycle of a building with digital model can effectively solve the problem of sharing and interacting fire product information among participants.Therefore,firstly,this paper makes a detailed investigation,analysis and summary of the existing ways of information sharing and BIM technology of fire products,and draws a conclusion of their shortcomings and disadvantages;secondly,aiming at the participants in the whole life cycle of fire products,scenario analysis method is used to clarify the actual functional needs of each participant and the information needs of fire products;Finally,a method of building a BIM-based fire product library platform using BIM technology and mobile Internet technology was proposed.Firstly,the technical standard of BIM component model library of building fire products is established,and the clear technical standard for fire products classification,component model naming,component model classification and model information fineness grade is determined,which provides the standard basis for the subsequent construction of multi-dimensional BIM fire product library;secondly,according to the established technical standard,the multi-dimensional BIM fire product library is constructed.In view of different application stages of fire product model,the same fire product builds BIM model of three model fineness levels: design stage,construction stage and operation and maintenance stage in order to share corresponding fire product information for each participant;secondly,according to the business relationship of each participant in the whole life cycle of fire product,the business logic of the platform is designed to realize the integration of multiple participants.Finally,a fire product information platform based on BIM is built with multi-dimensional BIM fire product database as the data source and core.The platform of fire product library based on BIM takes the BIM model of different model fineness grades as the carrier and the integrated fire product information platform of multi-participants as the channel to realize the sharing and interaction of fire product information among the participants in the whole life cycle of fire product,so as to open up the information channel between the five links of production,sale,design,construction and operation and maintenance,and form a complete fire product communication.The information chain provides basic services for fire information management and "intelligent fire protection".
