The continuous development of China's construction industry brings benefits and opportunities.Simultaneously,it also brings about more intense competition in the construction industry.Under this background,the enterprises will gradually focus on the construction cost controlling in addition to material,price and service.As the necessary equipment for construction,the tower crane not only plays an irreplaceable role,but also is the key to reducing the cost of construction.Therefore,in order to reduce the construction costs,companies are constantly improving construction site management and improving the efficiency of using tower crane.As the commonly used construction equipment in the construction site,the tower crane has been widely used in the construction industry because of its multi loading and the large transport range characteristics can satisfy the requirement for the construction site materials.At the same time,it has achieved good effect in domestic and foreign construction projects.However,due to some limitations,the management of the tower crane is not enough scientific nouns in the domestic construction site.There are lots of problem,such as the inefficient using and the high operating costs,because the management is based on experience mostly.Under the basis of the scientific construction layout,through the research on the theory and the problem of delivery,this article proposed a scheme of the optimal route transportation for the construction site.In view of reading and summarizing the research literatures in domestic and foreign,first of all,it describes the current situation of the construction site,including the layout of the construction site and the use of tower cranes.Based on the introduction,the article analyzes and identifies problems and proposes a more scientific and reasonable arrangement of the construction site layout by SLP(Systematic Layout Planning)method.Based on the scientific layout of the tower crane,the transportation process of the tower crane is analyzed,and the relevant mathematical model is established by referring to the vehicle path optimization problem.The mathematical model aims at the optimal cost,abandoning the original delivery of the material for delivering one by one,and increasing the transportation of the maternal and the recycling of garbage at the same time.The model means more realistic and reasonable resources allocation.Then the article designs the improved ant colony algorithm to solve the model.And the feasibility and validity of the model and the algorithm are verified by experiment and calculation.Finally,it tries to analysis the influences of the algorithm performance and results by adjusting the four parameters of algorithm,in order to seek the most appropriate algorithm parameters for the algorithm.In this paper,by optimizing the transport path of the tower crane,hoping to provide a new direction for the construction enterprises to improve the construction site management.The model and algorithm in this paper can be applied to the actual field management,which provides theoretical support for the optimization of the transport path of the tower crane.
