Nowadays,all kinds of portable electronic products are closely related to people's clothing,food,housing,and transportation.DC-DC switching power supply has several advantages,such as small size,light weight,high efficien.cy,low power consumption and so on.It is widely used in portable electronics,aerospace,power electronics,industrial control fields.At present,our country's space station,deep space exploration,long-life satellite and other aerospace projects are officially implemented.The new aerospace engineering puts forward newer and higher requirements for quality,reliability,longevity,miniaturization and low power consumption of components.Therefore,the research and design of aerospace grade of Buck DC-DC switching power supply is necessary and meaningful.This thesis takes the development trend of DC-DC switching power supply,the research status of modeling method and radiation effects as the starting point.Firstly,the DC-DC switching converter system is studied,including modulation mode,feedback control mode and synchronous rectification technology.Secondly,the modeling and design of the Buck converter system mainly includes:the modeling of the main circuit,the power level modeling of the voltage control loop,and the use of matlab-simulink software for simulation verification.Finally,the circuit module in the Buck converter system is analyzed,designed and simulated with Cadence Spectre simulation software,and analyzed of radiation on the crucial circuit module of the error amplifier.The quality and accuracy of the mathematical model are directly related to various performance parameters of the system,so the modeling and design of the DC-DC switching converter system is the basis for its system analysis,and it is also a crucial technology.Through the modeling and design of the DC-DC switching converter system,it has guiding significance to the design of the actual circuit.In this thesis,a Buck DC-DC switching power supply chip is designed by CSMC 0.5 ?m BCD process.The chip uses the method of voltage-model control PWM modulation,and uses the Cadence Spectre simulation software to simulate the whole circuit.Simulation results show that the system can output voltage of 5V stably within the input voltage range of 10V-15V.When the input voltage is 15 V and the load current is 500mA,the output voltage ripple peak-to-peak value is 6mV,and the inductor current peak-to-peak value is 106mA,which achieves the design requirements.On this basis,since the error amplifier plays a pivotal role in the loop,it is of guiding significance to improve the anti-radiation ability of it and the whole circuit by studying the radiation analysis and finding the effect of radiation on its performance parameters.The switching transistor is reinforced and compared with the original circuit to improve the anti-radiation ability.
