CL Automobile Company is an automobile manufacturer whose inventory accounts for more than 25% of the current assets.It is a joint venture invested by a private enterprise and a subsidiary of a state-owned enterprise.The state-owned enterprise provides brands,participates in management and the private enterprise dominates production and operation.The inventory characteristics of such automobile manufacturing enterprises are various,huge quantity,inventory management is difficult to refine,important but difficult to manage the status quo more highlights the importance of inventory internal control.Based on the key points of inventory internal control of CL Automobile Company,it is found that there are serious problems in the control of inventory procurement,warehousing,storage and material return,and discharge.These problems all reflect The failure of inventory internal control in CL Automobile Company can not achieve the established objective of inventory internal control under such internal control.The inefficiency of inventory management will directly affect the production and operation of enterprises.In view of the problems found in each internal control link,this paper puts forward some improvement measures to ensure the effective implementation of CL automobile company's inventory internal control,and help the overall production and operation of the enterprise to have a sound development.The paper first introduces the background,purpose and significance of the research,as well as the research status of internal inventory control at home and abroad.Secondly,the enterprise expounds the risks in the enterprise inventory management,and describes the five elements of the internal control and the key points of the internal control according to the characteristics of the manufacturing enterprise inventory.Thirdly,the case analysis of CL automobile company describes the background information,inventory structure,organization structure,internal control system and inventory management process of CL automobile company,compares the changes of inventory at the end of 2016 and 2017,analyzes the reasons for the changes of inventory,and summarizes the reasons leading to abnormal inventory.At last,four control links with serious problems areselected from the internal key points of inventory,and four control problems of procurement,warehousing,storage and returning of materials and delivery are analyzed,and improvement measures are given one by one.
