Research On Internal Control Of Inventory In FY Company

In recent years,the competition in the domestic automobile industry has become increasingly fierce.Under this severe situation,major automobile enterprises should not only ensure the production capacity,but also make certain adjustments to strengthen their own operation capacity and reduce all aspects of operating costs.At present,in China,most enterprises pay more attention to the control of production field,while the control of assets is relatively weak.Inventory is a vital part of the asset composition of auto parts companies.The liquidity of inventory is fast and strong.However,with the gradual increase of inventory cost,it occupies a lot of funds and reduces the actual utilization rate of funds,which will restrict the sustainable development of enterprises.As far as the current auto parts industry is concerned,it is an urgent problem for auto parts companies to formulate an immediate control system for their inventory.Taking FY Company as an example,this paper deeply explores its inventory internal control system.The first part is the basic introduction of the article,which lists the research content,research background and significance,literature review at home and abroad,research content and research methods.The second part mainly introduces the relevant theoretical basis of inventory internal control,mainly including the definition of inventory and internal control,the five elements of internal control,the objectives and key points of internal control.This paper systematically and deeply introduces the key points and objectives of inventory internal control.The third part briefly introduces the general situation,production and operation status and inventory control process of FY Company.The fourth part designs a questionnaire to find out the problems with the survey results.Find the problems in each link,and analyze the causes from the perspective of the five elements of internal control.The fifth part puts forward improvement measures and schemes for the actual problems of enterprises in the fourth part.The sixth part focuses on the five elements of internal control to ensure the effective implementation of the inventory internal control mechanism of FY Company.The seventh part summarizes the full text.Through this research,we hope to improve the quality of inventory internal control of FY Company and enlighten other similar manufacturing enterprises.
