| The low voltage hydropower station in China is the main component of the development of clean energy.This essay is mainly intruducting a kind of highly automatic integrated device just for hydropower stations,which is greatly engineering application value for the development of low voltage small hydropower in China.This essay develops an integrated device for low voltage hydropower units.Its main functions includes speed adjustmen of prime mover,generator excitation,synchronized grid-connected,generator protection,Running state real-time monitoring and measurement,economic operation and automatic control.This paper attempts to improve the low automation level of hydropower station,simplify the connection,improve water use efficiency,and reduce the cost.At the same time,the Functional Configuration of the hydropower station is complete and easy to maintain.The ultimate goal is to realize unattended operation in the hydropower satation in a safe,efficient and economical automatic running state.This essay first studies the scheme of low voltage hydropower unit integrated device.3 CPU collaborative work is recommended.One CPU is used for speed adjustmen of prime mover,and synchronized grid-connected;the second CPU is used for unit monitoring,relay protection,excitation regulation and automatic economic power generation;the third CPU is used for human-machine interaction and external communication.Communicated by SPI between the 3 CPUs ensures the real-time transmission and sharing of data,and realizes the cooperative work of CPUs.The hardware resource of the device includes digital input\output,AC\DC analog input,input frequency measurement,PT100 temperature acquisition system,excitation trigger pulse output,RS485 communication interface,LCD display,buttons and lights,data storage.The isolation design in external interface circuit includes pulse transformer isolation,instrument transformer,relay isolation and photoelectric isolation.It improves the anti-interference ability of the device.In addition,built-in surge and lightning protection circuits are designed to improve the overall performance of the device.The requirements of hardware resources are considered to selecte the CPU,FLASH,FRAM,AD,DI,DO and other components.On the basis of the function and the hardware of the device,the software design is carried out to meet the operation requirements of the low voltage hydropower station.It mainly includes three CPUs,and the design of the underlying driver,the human-computer interaction and the external communication.Finally,the function and performance of the device are fully tested.The test includes static simulation test,dynamic simulation test and hardware function test.The test proves that the device can meet the requirements of low voltage hydropower station.It also provides the directions for further study. |
