With the development of renewable energy,the capacity of renewable energy installed in China has increased year by year,which means the period of highpenetrated renewable energy generation has come.However,consumptive ability of these renewable energy remains a big problem.On the one hand,China's power structure is single and its adjustable flexibility is insufficient;on the other hand,the development of renewable energy power generation lacks of unified planning.All these resulted in a large consuming pressure of renewable energy generation.To compensate for the lack of existing research,based on the framework of grid hierarchical planning technology,this thesis carrys out all the four researches: The key influencing factors of high-penetrated renewable energy to the power grid,the coordination control strategy and effect analysis of the high penetration of renewable energy on the grid the hierarchical grid planning method of the high-penetrated renewable energy considering reliability and economic requirements.The main contributions of this thesis are as follows:1.Introducing the current situation and future development trend of renewable energy in Jiangsu power grid,summarizing the current power grid stratificating and zoningsituation,along with the problems and challenges of renewable energy.2.Elaborating the key factors that affect the stratified partition of high permeability and renewable energy.For example the reserve level,the system response speed,system load ability of traditional power grid,the ramp rate constraint and transmission capacity,power demand,load characteristics,the output characteristics of the intermittent renewable energy power with different voltages and different spatial distributions,and the study of correlation among above various factors.3.Establishing the equation of renewable energy distribution output characterization on multi space scale,building the electric power production multiscale simulation based on the model,building the renewable energy consumption indicators,verifing the effect of the coordinated control strategy of high penetration of renewable energy to the grid.4.Combined with the requirements on the reliability of the power system,through the comparison of technology and economy,I analyse the adaptability of high penetration of renewable energy under different grids,and establish the model function considering the economy constraint comprehensively based on the renewable energy consumption and power grid construction.All above resulted in the optimal economic benefit under the coordinated mode between the local energy consumption and energy abroad.I study the operation risk and adaptation ability of the intermittent renewable energy in the power grid under different power grid planning methods,which establish the planning method with hierarchical partition and meet the requirements of the reliability and economy demands of the high penetration of intermittent renewable energy grid.5.Summarizing the above research results,combining the Jiangsu power grid situation in Yancheng,this paper studies the power grid planning method considering high-penetrated renewable energy based on the intermittent local consumption and transmission coordination of the renewable energy.Then put forward the idea of high penetration of intermittent renewable energy grid planning method in local region in saturated years,which to achieve the comprehensive benefits beteween the operation reliablity and optimal economy under the coordinated operation mood of local consumption and outer-regional transfer.
