Research On Key Technologies Of Parking Guidance In Urban Business District

Urban business district has a high level of traffic attraction and large parking demand,which could cause the problem of parking difficulty.The parking guidance system is an important part of the Intelligent Transportation System(ITS).It can provide parking information for drivers through various methods,adjust the balance of urban parking supply and demand,and alleviate parking difficulties.Therefore,it is of great significance to study the key technologies of parking guidance system in urban business district and improve the parking guidance effect in improving the parking environment of urban business district and increase its economic vitality.This paper analyzes the parking characteristics in urban business district and studies the strategy and methods of guidance area division,a strategy of based on forecasting technology of LSTM neural network is proposed.Based on the analysis of the change characteristics of parking spaces in urban business district,this paper studies the short-term forecasting technology of parking spaces and the distribution technology of guidance information.This paper studies the scale and proportion of parking facilities in commercial areas and the use characteristics of parking facilities;By the investigation of parking behavior characteristics of drivers,this paper analyzes parking behavior characteristics from both the purpose of parking and walking distance.And taking the Xiongzhou Commercial Center District in Liuhe District of Nanjing City as an example,the parking characteristics in terms of facilities and behavior are analyzed.The two-tiered partitioning system of parking guidance subareas is summarized,and a partition method is studied.For the existing problems in real-time distribution strategy,this paper proposes a strategy of guidance information distribution based on forecasting technology,formulates the implementation process of this strategy and analyzes the necessary technical support.Based on the analysis of the change characteristics of parking spaces,the short-term forecasting technology of parking spaces is studied.Against the limitations of existing forecasting technologies,a short-term prediction technology of parking spaces based on LSTM neural network is proposed and its accuracy is verified by an example.Summarizing the existing parking-space information distribution methods,guidance information board is selected as the research object;Based on research the display methods of parking information dissemination,this paper studies how to apply the short-time parking space technology to the judging method of “empty” or “full”;Analyzes the influencing factors of parking information release update frequency,and propose a renewal method of parking space information release based on short-term prediction technology.
