| With the continuous intensification of informatization,the human-computer interactive digital interface has replaced the traditional hardware human-computer interface,becoming the main information carrier under high-complexity,strong-burst and dynamic environments.It is an important medium for users to communicate with information and environment.The innovation of information carriers also subverts the traditional interactive modes of"human" and "computer",and the human-computer interactive channel has also undergone changes.As a new type of human-computer interactive input technology,multi-touch is adapting to the concept of natural interactive mode,and subverting the human-computer interactive mode through mouse clicks to achieve operational tasks in traditional input methods.In a multi-touch interface,people can use gestures to interact with digital interfaces and environments based on their instinctual and cognitive habits.This not only benefits people’s recognition and use of computer software,but also further improves the naturalness,intuitiveness,and coordination of human-computer interaction.It is another innovation and upgrade of the human-computer interactive digital interface.In the new digital interface interactive mode,how to evaluate the consistency between human-computer interactive mode and user mental model is an important basis for guiding the interactive mode design,and it is a problem that needs to be explored and studied at the moment.The multi-touch digital interface is used as a research vehicle to study the consistency between digital interface interactive mode and user mental model.The interactive features,interactive advantages,and design principles of interactive interfaces and interactive gestures are summarized and analyzed.Study and discuss the mental model of the user when using the human-computer interactive digital interface,and deeply understand its definition,formation,classification features,and capture methods.At the same time,the user mental model in the digital interface interactive mode is discussed and analyzed in terms of its basic structure,level analysis,and interactive mode analysis.Then,the existing consistency methods at home and abroad are studied,and the evaluation methods and evaluation indexes for the consistency of multi-touch gestures are summarized.Finally,by combining the ERPs measurement technology,behavior measurement technology,and subjective evaluation data,the user cognitive process of the interface is acquired synchronously from the three dimensions of the physiological level,the performance level,and the subjective level.The user mental model is captured and and build a multi-touch gesture set based on the user mental model.At the same time,the corresponding data obtained by event-related potential technology and behavior measurement techniques are used to summarize the ERP indexes of the evaluation of the consistency between the digital interface interactive mode and the user mental model,and the attribute changes of the indicators.The brain physiological structure corresponding to the cognitive process of the interactive pattern and the mental model consistency when the user uses the multi-touch interactive mode is obtained from the brain electrophysiological index,and the existing literature is used to explain some of the cognitive mechanisms involved in this process.Therefore,a preferable evaluation system of digital interface interactive mode and mental model consistency are established,and a reference value for the optimization design of the digital interface interactive mode is provided. |
