Transformer is an essential equipment in electrical power system,the quality and capability of transformer determines the power quality and load capacity.The problem of transformer operating loss cannot be ignored,especially in regions where the load changes over time,e.g.in rural areas,schools and enterprises,electricity consumption varies greatly between peaks and low valleys.No-load operation of idle transformer will cause a lot of energy waste.Nowadays capacity and voltage regulating no-load transformer is largely in use for adjusting the capacity and voltage.It can effectively solve the problem of excessive loss and unstable load voltage,but it may cause big accident when the load must be completely disconnected during the voltage and capacity is switching.The purpose of this design is to study a terminal of a smart transformer that can automatically adjust the voltage and capacity according to real-time load conditions without cutting off the load.The intelligent capacity and voltage regulating on-load transformer system uses LPC1765 microprocessor as its core part.It combines the three-phase power acquisition chip RN8302 to collect and calculate voltage and capacity,and then chooses the correct switch.In this paper,voltage regulating switch part is improved.The transformer adds transition resistance to keep the constant of the current and voltage,which ensures the transformer to change the voltage and capacity in the case of the load.The measurement and control system also adds the temperature and humidity module.The transformer oil level meter is also used to monitor the external and internal environment of the transformer.In the circuit design,the photoelectric coupling circuit and the lightning protection design are added to ensure the strong anti-interference of the circuit.The software design of the measurement and control system finishes the collection and calculation of the power parameters,monitors the load end in real time,and transfers the electrical parameters to the micro controller.The drive circuit is driven by the micro controller to achieve the control of the on load switch.In addition,the software is designed for environment temperature,event record and so on,The remote communication and monitoring functions are realized through communication interface with upper computer and GSM/GPRS module.After the design is completed,the intelligent capacity and voltage regulating on-load transformer system was tested.The result shows that the measurement and control system has completed the function and precision.The system can monitor the load terminal situation in real time,and it can adjust the voltage and capacity adaptively to achieve the stable voltage and energy saving effectively.At the same time,the system can transmit the data which collected in real time to the monitoring terminal.It also can complete the communication of data.In conclusion,the system can realize the intellectualization of the intelligent capacity and voltage regulating on-load transformer system.
