Research On The Landscape Planning Of Nanjing Old-age Real Estate Based On The Behavioral Psychology Of The Elderly

With the trend of global aging becoming more and more serious,China has inevitably become an aging society.At present,in the research of old-age real estate,there are many documents and norms involving the research of architectural design and the suitability of indoor environment design.In the past,the outdoor landscape of the old real estate has obviously not adapted to the needs of the modern aging society,so it is imminent to study the suitability of the landscape of the aged real estate.In January 21,2015,the first piece of land and apartments for the elderly for medical and health care in Nanjing,are bought by Nanjing Yincheng real estate.Taking this opportunity as a turning point,combined with the present situation of the landscape planning and design of the native old estate in Nanjing,and then put forward the evaluation and improvement suggestions on the design practice of Nanjing’s old-age real estate,and tried to explore the suitable outdoor real estate outdoor in the future of Nanjing.Landscape environment.This study is based on the research on the landscape planning of Nanjing pension real estate based on behavioral psychology of the elderly.The article is divided into six chapters.The first chapter introduces the background of global aging,the theory of domestic and foreign old-age real estate landscape planning,and the significance and research methods of Nanjing’s old-age real estate landscape planning;The second chapter is the analysis of the behavior of the elderly psychology and landscape planning study theory,and defines the scope of the study;The third chapter is the analysis of old-age real estate landscape planning practice cases from country inside and outside,suming up the foreign advanced old-age real estate landscape planning experience and the development trend and shortcomings of domestic old-age real estate landscape planning;The fourth chapter is the study of Nanjing pension real estate landscape planning.Through the investigation,data collection and analysis of the data,the conclusions are summarized from the location and planning of the aged real estate,landscape style,commun ication space design,outdoor landscape space design,detail design,multi generation interactive design and planting.The proposal of Nanjing endowment real estate landscape planning is put forward in the aspects of material design,sports fitness area de sign,water landscape design,and the atmosphere of humanistic care.The fifth chapter is an analysis of the practical cases of landscape planning in Nanjing’s existing old-age real estate,and the active exploration of the landscape planning of Nanjing’s old-age real estate.The sixth chapter is the conclusion,summarizes the full text,and puts forward the research deficiencies and future prospects.In order to provide reference for for the government departments and other relevant departments to carry out the landscape planning and design of Nanjing old-age real estate.
