Combining scientific engineering projects,the paper researchs on missile telemetry antenna and antenna array,multi-band navigation antennas and their miniaturization design.Considering the limitations of the missile platform and installation dimensions,design structures of antennas comprehensively.The main contentents of this paper is summarized as follows:1.The missile telemetry antenna and array design.Limited by the missile platform,the microstrip antenna is choosed,and the substrate is made of high-performance AlO material.In order to protect the antenna radiator and conformal to the projectile,a high-strength antenna casing and the antenna redome with wave-transmission characteristics are designed.Through the parameter analysis and simulation optimization,the unit telemetry antenna model is designed and composed into a binary array.The designed antenna and the array are manufactured,the test results are similar to the simulation results,meeting the project indicators.2.Multi-band navigation antenna design.In order to cover the Beidou B1,B3 and GPS L1 bands simultaneously,the multi-band circularly polarized navigation antennas need to be designed.We design four kinds of navigation antenna,which are single-fed laminated antenna,double-fed laminated antenna,multi-fed capacitive coupled antenna and miniaturized four-fed laminated antenna.The single-fed laminated antenna,not required an additional feeding network,has a simple structure integrated unequal circular-patches at the corners of the two layers of square microstrip radiators,which introduces the perturbation to excite the circularly polarized wave;In order to widen the axial ratio bandwidth,the double-fed laminated antenna is designed to realize the characteristics of wide-axis ratio bandwidth by adjusting relevant parameters.In order to widen the impedance bandwidth,the multi-feed capacitor-coupled feed antenna is designed,and the relevant parameters are adjusted to achieve the characteristics of the wide impedance bandwidth and axis ratio bandwidth.Considering the limitations of the missile platform,the miniaturized multi-band circularly polarized navigation antenna is designed.The purpose of miniaturizing the antenna is achieved by the method of slotting the four sides of the two raditors of the two patches. |
