With the development of the electronic information industry,high efficiency high power density of power electronic converter is higher and higher requirements are put forward.First of all,The traditional Dual-switch forward converter is limited by the transformer ratio and the minimum duty cycle of the switch,which is impossible to apply on high step-down ratio situation.This paper proposes a non-isolated new high step-down ratio DC-DC converter on the basis of the above.The DC-DC converter was removed the transformer and substituted the rectifier diode for an inductor that acted as an energy feedback to achieve a high step-down ratio with the appropriate duty cycle.This paper analyzed the principle of the converter's voltage reduction,teased out four operating states of the converter in the continuous mode of the filter inductor current,deduced the calculation formula of the output gain of the converter,and gave the limiting conditions of the current's continuous mode.Compared with two kinds of step-down circuits,the DC-DC converter shows its advantages.Finally,an experimental prototype was built to achieve a step-down ratio up to 50 times,which proves the correctness of theoretical analysis.Secondly,In this paper,a new type of single s transformer output than high step-down DC-DC converter topology.The topology in the transformer secondary side and the load between two series inductance and combining with the fly-wheel diode,achieving high step-down ratio.At the same time,combining with theoretical analysis show that the converter output voltage is influenced by two series inductance ratio,and the output voltage is deduced and the relationship between the series inductance ratio.By adjusting the two series inductance ratio,can be made with the transformer secondary side parallel two road topology different voltage output,realize the voltage output.Finally the correctness of the theoretical analysis is verified by simulation and experiment with the effectiveness of the proposed topology.Again,based on SiC device and LCC resonant converter topology designed a high-gain output aviation power supply,summarizes the advantages and developing trend of SiC device,analyzes the circuit of LCC topology structure,work principle and mathematical model,the presented converter prototype design method,and the design of high-frequency transformer steps.Finally,based on GaN components to design a kind of efficient high power density are XuanBo inverter.Introduces the design of each part of the circuit,the digital control of the control method,and the PCB layout arrangement.Implementation of a 3.1W/cm~3 high power density,and the full load efficiency of 98%,and 300KHZ switching frequency,600W output sine wave inverter.Paper through the application of new topology,a new device with converter circuit structure reasonable design of three Angle analysis of the main methods of improving the efficiency and power density.With the development of the electronic information industry,high efficiency high power density of power electronic converter is higher and higher requirements are put forward.
