In the process of rapid development,the tonnage of ships becomes larger and larger,the management content is more and more complex,and the management requirements are higher and higher,people put forward higher requirements for the automation degree of the engine room monitoring alarm management system.With the development of science and technology,the engine room monitoring alarm management system,as the main ship automation system,has also been developing towards comprehensive,intelligent and networked direction.China is a big shipbuilding country,but at present,most of the engine room monitoring and alarm management system is designed and produced by the world's top ship automation equipment manufacturers.China's independent research and development of less products,and technical and reliability compared with foreign products have a big gap.Therefore,research and development of China's own brand of ship engine room monitoring alarm management system has more important significance.The data acquisition system of each ship consists of a measuring device,a communication device and a host computer.The system can collect all kinds of signals independently,and has the functions of A/D conversion,data automatic storage and communication with the host computer.Each data acquisition system is an independent subsystem,and all monitoring data are input to the upper computer by bus communication.Each subsystem uses centralized control to upload data from each ship to shore server and unify data management.This paper will be intelligent control,energy saving and environmental protection,green energy management,networking,intelligent fault diagnosis and intelligent concept into the engine room automation system,the development of automation of engine room alarm analysis system based on cloud platform,through the cloud platform to realize the ship equipment fault diagnosis and virtual dynamic monitoring,and the use of intelligent optimization algorithm,intelligent fault diagnosis and the energy consumption of the equipment management based on multidimensional data,improve the ship energy saving and fault prediction level.Based on the concept of IOT,design with independent communication function expandable data acquisition device,realize the positioning and alarm information point push,developed with duty extension alarm device for ad hoc network function,enhance the level of information of ship.According to the power supply characteristics of ship power station and the data acquisition characteristics of ship equipment,an uninterrupted power supply device with power-off monitoring function is designed to improve the safety level of the ship.This system can not only alarm when the equipment breaks down,but also can warn ahead of time.When the fault occurs,the fault reason and maintenance strategy can be diagnosed.
