In recent years,with the development of the economy and the lack of resources,people have turned their eyes to the sea.The enthusiasm for the exploration of the ocean is increasing,and the development of marine engineering technology is becoming faster and faster with the gradual exploration of human beings.The dynamic positioning ship is a kind of marine equipment with high technology content.It has great significance in marine exploration.It is mainly applied to the location control operations of ships,submarine laying and submarine cable laying,marine rescue and other marine engineering fields.The principle of the dynamic positioning system is to use its own propulsion device to automatically maintain the fixed position of the ship and the preset track.There are mainly measuring systems,control systems and propulsion systems,in which the accuracy of the measurement system will directly affect the reliability of the whole system.This paper focuses on the research of fault diagnosis and alarm technology of the dynamic positioning ship measurement system,with the emphasis on the following aspects:First,the background and significance of the fault diagnosis and alarm system for the dynamic positioning ship are expounded.The qualitative analysis method and the quantitative analysis method are introduced in detail for the classification of fault diagnosis.Intensive research is carried out on centralized,distributed and distributed field bus alarm technology.Secondly,the coordinate system of the ship in the ocean,the motion variables of the ship,the characteristics of the motion of the dynamic positioning ship and the three degree of freedom motion model are introduced.The model of ship's low frequency,high frequency,wind,wave and flow are also introduced.Finally,the accuracy of the ship model is verified by simulation.Again,position reference system and other sensors of the dynamic positioning ships commonly used are introduced.Also,common types and mathematical model of sensor fault are introduced.In addition,the types,related performance indexes,causes and maintenance measures of the DGPS,HPR,LTW and the gyro compass in the dynamic positioning ship measurement system are introduced in detail.Then,the fault diagnosis method of ship dynamic positioning sensor is introduced.A combination of threshold detection and intelligent diagnosis is adopted.First,single or multiple sensors are detected,then support vector machine is used to diagnose single sensor fault.In view of the characteristics of multiple faults of the sensor,the intelligent diagnosis of various types of faults is realized by using the algorithm of binary tree in the decision tree and support vector machine.In order to solve the problem that the parameters in SVM are uncertain,but affect the accuracy of diagnosis,Optimization of particle swarm optimization with optimal performance for optimization of its parameters.In order to make the data feature of the training set more obvious,the difference method is used to process the sensor data.On the basis of the time window strategy,the on-line diagnosis of the sensor is realized,and the method is verified by the example of the gyro compass and DGPS.Finally,the main techniques used in the dynamic positioning ship alarm system are introduced,and the overall design of the alarm and field bus control system for the dynamic positioning ship is designed.The principle of the alarm system software design,the database and the software function are also introduced.Finally,the common alarm information of the gyro compass and DGPS is listed and the realization of the alarm software interface of the measurement system is enumerated.
