Research On Application Of Radio Marshalling Of Railway Plane System Project Schedule Control Based On Critical Chain Technology

Information and communication is the two mainstays of the current information society construction.With the rapid development of communication technology,communication engineering serving as a communications infrastructure construction industry,it is also accelerating the pace of development.How to speed up the construction of communication projects to meet the rapid development of the communications industry,to meet the needs to address the livelihood of the people,to meet the needs of economic development,increasingly become an important issue in the current communications engineering projects.As china's railway construction and operating mileage gradually increased,the relevant communications supporting projects become more important.The radio marshalling of railway plane system belongs to the special communication project.In the process of compiling and grouping the train vehicles,the railway vehicles are arranged in the process of interlocking and shunting operations.With the gradua l improvement of communication technology and engineering construction technology in our country,the restriction of technical factors is gradually reduced,the requirements of communication projects' management are gradually improved.How to apply the theory of project schedule management to the construction of radio marshalling of railway plane system will improve the efficiency of railway marshalling,speed up the transportation speed of railway and have immeasurable social effect.In this thesis,through the introduction of project schedule management and critical chain method,the basic use method and theoretical basis are expounded.Aiming at the process of the construction of radio marshalling of railway plane system,the project schedule management process of this project is introduced from the process of project schedule planning to project progress control.And on this basis,the critical chain method of project schedule management is introduced to improve the progress management of radio marshalling of railway plane system by comparing the traditional key path method,to further accelerate the radio marshalling of railway plane system's construction progress.
