With the rapid progress of urbanization,urban rail transit has entered a stage of rapid development due to its important role in the urban transportation system.At the same time,with the emergence of various new informatization technologies,the Integrated Supervision and Control System has gradually become the information monitoring center for various equipment systems of urban rail transit,which is the key to ensuring the reliable operation of urban rail transit lines.Under the traditional schedule management mode,the Integrated Supervision and Control System integration project has frequent project overdue phenomena due to its high resource dependence,long implementation period,multiple project participants,and complex implementation phases.The phenomenon of project overdue is often impaired in the construction of the entire urban rail transit line.Bring adverse effects.In this context,this article uses comparative analysis,qualitative and quantitative analysis to study the project characteristics,schedule influencing factors,and implementation procedures of the urban rail transit Integrated Supervision and Control System integration project.At the same time,through the literature research method,the core ideas,theories and methods of the critical chain schedule management are studied,and the core ideas of the critical chain technology are found: based on the aggregation principle and the central limit theorem,it can be eliminated without reducing the overall probability of completion of the project.Lack of safety time in each process and centrally set up buffers in the critical chain to achieve the purpose of shortening the construction period;consider the impact of resource constraints on the project schedule based on the theory of constraints.In theory,it provides strong support for solving the problem of schedule management of Urban Rail Transit Integrated Supervision and Control System Integration Project.Based on the research of critical chain related theories and methods,this paper proposes a critical chain-based urban rail transit Integrated Supervision and Control System integrated project schedule management model,which combines the traditional three-point estimation method with the triangular fuzzy number method to eliminate the rich and safe time of the process construction period.In order to fully shorten the planned construction period;use the heuristic algorithm based on the principle of minimum total time difference to schedule resource constraints and identify critical chains.In terms of buffer setting,combined with the project characteristics of the urban rail transit Integrated Supervision and Control System integrated project,the project schedule uncertainty influence factors are selected,and the schedule uncertainty evaluation index system is constructed.The index system is numerically processed through the entropy weight method and the TOPSIS method.Obtained the uncertainty coefficient of each process of the integrated urban rail transit monitoring system integration project,and improved the traditional critical chain buffer setting method,which made up for the traditional critical chain buffer setting method for different types of projects and different processes.Insufficiency of effective distinction.The dynamic buffer management method based on stage division is used to monitor and manage the progress of the project implementation process.Finally,through the empirical analysis method,the application of the above schedule management methods in actual project cases is analyzed.Through actual cases and simulations,the advantages of the improved methods proposed in this paper over traditional methods are compared and analyzed,and the advantages proposed in this paper are demonstrated.The effectiveness of the improved method in the schedule management of the urban rail transit Integrated Supervision and Control System integrated project.
