As one of the most well-known renewable energy sources,solar energy has the advantages of inexhaustible and low pollution,compared with conventional fossil energy.Solar power generation is one of the technologies used by solar energy.According to the principle of solar power generation,it can be divided into two kinds: solar thermal power generation and solar photovoltaic generation.Compared with P-V generation,thermal power generation has obvious advantages in application scope,environmental protection,sustainability and stability.This study from solar strong dispersion,low energy flow density of the physical characteristics of low temperature screw based on organic Rankine's cycle power generation technology and solar heat storage technology,solar hot water ORC power generation system was put forward.Using vacuum collector to absorb solar energy,solar thermal energy is collected and saved in solar energy storage tank,as the source of ORC power generation system.By simulating solar radiation in tianjin,the sun rises and falls within a day,as well as the intensity of solar radiation at all times.According to the simulation results,the optimum installation inclination of solar collector is determined.In this study,REFPROP8.0 software was used to simulate the candidate works.Under the same temperature,the pressure of R134 a was higher than other working fluids,and the pressure of R245 fa was lower than others.When evaporating temperature is 95 ?,the evaporating pressure of R134 a will up to 3.6 Mpa.It's a great test to the pipeline and equipment capacity,should not be used in simple structure of the ORC solar-thermal power generation system.In addition,when the R245 fa condensing temperature is 10 ?,the condensing pressure is 0.03 Mpa,lower than the atmospheric pressure,it will lead to air infiltration system easily,no condensation aerosols experience made a great impact on the performance of the system.However,the TD-3 evaporation pressure and condensation pressure are both moderate.In the set temperature range,the evaporation pressure is maintained at 1.0mpa ~ 2.5mpa,and the condensation pressure is maintained at 0.2mpa ~ 0.6mpa.The above problem will not arise,so it is an ideal circulating working fluid.On the basis of theoretical analysis,combined with the experimental data,the solar ORC solar-thermal power generation performance of the key factors and its effect on the performance of the law,including the temperature of cold and heat source,heat and cold source factors such as flow,ratio of power and efficiency of the system.The equipment in the experimental system is optimized and modified to improve the system power generation and power generation efficiency.It is verified that the screw expander is good in dry and wet and suitable for ORC solar hot water generating system.
