At present,China's environmental pollution problem is becoming more and more serious.Thermal power generation has not solved the environmental pollution problem,and even brought acid rain,haze and other pollution conditions.The definition of new energy has changed in society;only the new energy with zero pollution to the environment is the object that we should develop and apply.Therefore,solar power generation technology as a typical representative of clean energy has broad application prospects.At present,domestic solar power generation is mainly divided into two major technical areas,one is photovoltaic power generation technology,and the other is the solar photothermal power generation technology proposed in this paper.In the field of photothermal power generation,disc Stirling solar photothermal power station will have hundreds of independent generating units.Each independent generating unit group can be divided into three parts:Stirling photothermal converter,disc mirror device and central debugging control system.The real-time monitoring and data acquisition system of solar photothermal power station will help to improve the utilization of solar energy and the stability of power generation.This paper mainly includes the following parts:(1)The importance of new energy sources in various countries is discussed,and the advantages of disc Stirling power plant are analyzed by comparing the three main power generation technologies of solar thermal power plant.Combined with the test results of the experimental data and the comparison of the same kind of advanced equipment abroad,the shortcomings are found out.(2)Taking Stirling photothermal conversion system and intelligent control system as research contents,the system is introduced from several aspects,such as real-time data analysis and intelligent control.(3)The main research object of this paper is the optical tracking control system applied to the 3kW disc Stirling photothermal power plant,and the data simulation analysis,solar focal length analysis and focusing analysis are made for the photothermal power plant.(4)The overall design scheme of the system hardware test platform is proposed.The software simulator of each key module of the whole system is given,and the design idea of real-time monitoring and data acquisition system is completed.The structure of photothermal control system is given to control the risks in operation intelligently.
