Electric vehicles as a new type of means of transport,can effectively alleviate the pressure on energy and the environment,which has been vigorously promoted by the state.As an important support for the operation of electric vehicles,a sound electric vehicle charging service system can promote the large-scale application of electric vehicles.However,due to the current lack of coverage of fixed charging and discharging facilities,the problem of "charging difficult" of electric vehicles occurs frequently,and this situation has seriously affected the popularization of electric vehicles.Therefore,urgent need to explore the new charging service mode of operation.This article first analyzes the pros and cons of several common charging modes,and studies the economic operation of the mobile charging service system based on the relevant research of our predecessors in light of China’s national conditions at this stage.The main work in this dissertation is summarized as follows:(1)In order to meet the energy supply of electric vehicles in time,an optimal service routing planning method for mobile charging vehicle is proposed.Firstly,based on the thought of dynamic link weights,the weighted road length function is proposed by considering the city road grade,the actual road length,the degree of road congestion and the safety situation.Secondly,a target multi-energy service stations,multi-mobile charging vehicles optimal service routing planning model is established based on the dynamic traffic network model,with routing constraints,energy service depots service capacity constraints and customer time windows constraints as the main constraints,and the total weighted road length as the minimum target.Thirdly,based on the Disjkstra shortest routing algorithm and the improved genetic algorithm,the optimal service routing of the mobile charging vehicles with road network dynamic information feedback is given.Finally,the validity and practicability of the model and method are illustrated by the case study..(2)Aiming at the problem of lacking the scientific dispatching model to drink the tool as the guidance for mobile charging vehicle routing dispatching and energy supplying,an integrated economic scheduling model of mobile charging service mode was proposed.Firstly,this paper analyzed the operation of mobile charging service.Secondly,considering the road network time variability and the reusability of mobile charging vehicles,a multi-depot vehicle routing model with the minimum cost of logistics as the goal and the time window as a constraint was proposed.Thirdly,a coordinated charging integer programming model with the minimum charging cost as the goal and the number of charger as a constraint was put forward by discretizing the battery’s state of charge.Then,the two optimization model were coupled with a mobile vehicle as an energy carrier and the genetic algorithm nested ‘lpsolve’ toolbox was designed to solve the integrated economic dispatching model.Finally,the feasibility and validity of the model and the algorithm were verified by a typical example.
