As the most important part of environmental pollution in daily life,new energy electric vehicles(NEEVs)came into being to respond to the country's call to improve theenvironment.As a green travel tool,electric vehicles have developed rapidly in recent years.At the same time,the best way to supplement the power of the charging pile has also developed rapidly.Today,the mobile Internet is indispensable in people's lives.Therefore,the mobile terminal system of electric vehicle service will become an irreversible trend in development.The mobile terminal system can not only improve the user's travel experience,but also drive the rapid development of the electric vehicle industry chain.According to the actual needs of the charging pile builders and the development status of the charging industry,this paper has carried out related research work.After research,the system is divided into user management module,map service module,online payment module,billing management module,message management module,billing reservation module and so on.On this basis,the architecture design of mobile terminal,server and database is completed.The client is based on the i OS development platform.The HTTP mode is used for interaction between the mobile terminal and the server.The JSON data format is used for data transfer,embedding third party maps and payment interfaces.My SQL is used for database design,which integrates various functional modules to complete database table design.Finally,the system's functionality,performance and compatibility were tested.The results show that the system meets the requirements and has good performance.This paper also proposes an electric vehicle charging scheduling strategy based on bilateral satisfaction matching.Traditional dating is a point-to-point appointment,starting with the user's preferences.In this article,the billing reservation scenario is designed in one area.From the perspective of the economic interests of electric vehicle users and charging pile operators,the matching scheduling of electric vehicles and charging piles in the region was carried out.The user sends a reservation request through the mobile terminal,and then according to the current charging situation,and then calls the scheduling algorithm to match the user to the corresponding charging reactor,and completes the reservation scheduling process,which can effectively solve the big phenomenon between the charging station and the user queue.The load gap.Comparing the reservation scheduling algorithm with an existing reservation scheduling strategy,the advantages of the reservation scheduling are obtained.
