The transmission error is the main performance index of RV reducer,and it is the main reason to produce vibration and noise.The analysis and research on the transmission error of RV precision reducer is always a hot topic.Most of these researches are theoretical modeling,simulating the operation process of the reducer and judging the influence of various geometric parameters on the transmission error.According to the structural characteristics and transmission principle of RV reducer,the transmission error of RV reducer is deeply analyzed,and the factors influencing the transmission error of RV reducer are found out.Through the RV reducer transmission error tester,the static and dynamic transmission error measurement experiments are carried out.A traceability method can be used to judge the error of the internal components according to the transmission error curve of the RV reducer,and the function model of the transmission error,the speed and the load is established.The concrete contents are as follows.(1)In this paper,the structural characteristics and transmission principle of RV reducer are analyzed.The causes of transmission error caused by assembly and operation of RV reducer are studied.Several static and dynamic measuring methods of transmission error are introduced,and their advantages and disadvantages are analyzed.The measurement scheme of transmission error of RV reducer in this paper is put forward.(2)The mechanical structure,working principle,working principle and parameters of main hardware,electrical control flow,software frame,software correlation function and main function module of RV reducer transmission error measuring instrument are described in detail.The programming of PLC controller of RV reducer transmission error measuring instrument is completed,and some functions of measuring software are supplemented and perfected.(3)The static transmission error measurement experiment was carried out.The median filter is used to process the experimental data,and the least square method is used to establish the different static transmission error function models.The function model of the most suitable experimental data is determined.The characteristics of each frequency component of the static transmission error curve are extracted by fast Fourier transform,and the source of transmission error is analyzed according to the internal structure of RV reducer.This paper presents a traceability method which can judge the error of internal components according to the transmission error curve of RV reducer,and provides a new way to analyze the error of RV reducer.(4)The dynamic transmission error experiment is carried out.Using bilinear interpolation method to process experimental data,a continuous smooth transmission error surface is obtained,and the relationship between transmission error and rotational speed and load is analyzed.By analyzing the influence of load and speed on the components of reducer and combining with the internal structure of RV reducer,the nonlinear function model of transmission error,speed and load is estblished,and the parameters of the model are solved iteratively by quasi-Newton method.The function formula with good fitting degree is obtained,and the function relation among transmission error,load and rotational speed is clear.
