Construction Project Progress Improvement Research Based On The Value Stream Mapping

Today,ground-source heat pump projects are rapidly developing,many aspects of the personnel are very scarce,such as construction workers,related technical personnel,human resources management personnel and so on.There are many similar projects currently under way to explore specific decisions and how to implement them.Especially in the field of management,extremely lacking experienced lean managers to improve the management quality of ground-source heat pump projects.Therefore,we should use effective management methods to improve the level of ground source heat pump construction and control,from the construction process to find inexperience and improve.The value flow chart is an important tool of lean management.At first,it was applied in the manufacturing industry.With the further research of lean construction,this management method was also applied to engineering due to its strong operability and obvious visual effect project management.Ground-source heat pump project is the most commonly used method of shallow geothermal utilization.In this paper,its development as a topic background,compared with similar projects at home and abroad,analysis of the current management of the construction process.At the same time,this article based on the theory of value flow chart,combined with the practice of specific ground source heat pump,discussed the whole process management of outdoor ground source heat pump system.By drawing out the current value of ground source heat pump outdoor construction,The problems of waste and weaknesses are revealed.In response to the problems identified,a lean management team was set up in the project to propose corresponding improvement measures to solve the problems that have emerged,and to form a stable flow of construction value.Under the premise of controlling the cost,the quality problems in the construction process and the delay of the construction period are improved.This article first introduces some experiences of successful cases in practice management,and at the same time,analyzes some problems encountered in the management of the project and summarizes it.
