Shock wave medicine is a subject that uses shock wave principle to treat local lesions,promote wound healing and accelerate tissue repair,so as to achieve the goal of early rehabilitation of patients.It has the characteristics of non operation,small trauma and remarkable curative effect.However,in the clinical application of medical shock wave,different diseases need different intensity of treatment,while changing the intensity of treatment,we need to adjust the excitation pressure,excitation frequency and probe type and other parameters.At the same time,doctors can only rely on clinical experience and sensory perception of patients to adjust the intensity of treatment,and lack of a quantitative and unified index to guide the intensity of regulation treatment.The existing methods are cumbersome and blind,which is not conducive to the accurate application of medical shock wave in clinical practice,which has become a puzzle for researchers in related fields at home and abroad.In this paper,the basic concept of shock wave,the basic classification and production principle of medical shock wave are introduced in theory,which lays a theoretical foundation for the design of medical shock wave detection system.Secondly,the hardware design of this project is introduced,including experimental platform,selection,power design,charge amplifier circuit design,voltage amplification circuit,AD conversion circuit design,FPGA data acquisition and USB data transmission design.The system hardware supports the maximum 5Msps sampling rate,and it can be adjusted according to the need,and dual channel 12 bit synchronous sampling is achieved.Then the software design of the system is introduced,including three aspects,which are PC program design based on LabVIEW,FPGA programming,USB firmware design,etc.the main form of the introduction is flow chart and state machine.Finally,the medical shock wave detection system designed in this subject is debugged and verified experimentally,and the pressure waveform of shock wave in the medium is measured.A method is proposed to calculate the output energy of shock wave through the pressure in the medium,and the output energy of the shock wave measured in the experiment is calculated.In addition,the waveform of shock wave source is measured and is compared with the pressure wave in the medium by using the Laser Doppler vibration measurement.Therefore,the correctness of the detection system designed in this paper is verified,and further.The use of energy flow density as a unified evaluation index in the clinical treatment of shock wave is promoted,and shock wave excitation pressure and impact on the energy output of the frequency and type of probe excitation is discussed,which is helpful to the more accurate medical shock wave used in clinical treatment and providing theoretical support.
