Extracorporeal shock wave lithotripsy(ESWL)is used to break lithiasis by focusing the high intensity sound field and generating instantaneous stress and cavitation.ESWL has become the first choice for most gallstones,urolithiasis and kidney stones,because of its advantages of non-trauma.Detecting the real sound pressure waveform of extracorporeal shock wave lithotripsy is the foundation of measuring its sound field characteristics.This paper studies the detection of high intensity pulse sound pressure waveform,the related factors affecting the sound pressure waveform detection,the visualization of high intensity sound field and temperature field.The main work is as follows:1.A heterodyne laser interferometer is used to detect pulse sound field system,which includes two parts:hardware device and software module.The hardware,which includes the heterodyne interferometer,the high translucent reflective membrance,the scanning frame of the three degree of freedom manipulator and the signal acquisition device,mainly realizes the acquisition of the laser modulated signal.The software module includes:scanning control module of hardware device,laser signal demodulation and noise reduction module.The experimental results,carried out by a series of experiments,verify the stability and feasibility of the system.All this work provides the basis for the further experiments.2.The experimental results and analysis of high intensity pulse sound pressure waveform detection are given,based on the experimental system,and the influence of the position and phase response of the membrance on the acoustic pressure waveform detection is also studied.The experimental results show that a smooth sound pressure waveform can be obtained by using this method,and the method of the membrance position has little influence on the sound pressure waveform,but the phase response of the membrance has a great influence on the shape of the sound pressure waveform.3.we explored the distribution of sound field and temperature field in tissue mimicking material.The acoustic pressure and temperature field are visualized by a single fiber hydrophone embedded in human tissue material,using the plane scanning method and interpolation fitting algorithm;The consistency of temperature field and sound pressure distribution in tissue mimicking material is given by detecting the width of the sound pressure and temperature field,that provides the follow-up research for the further studies.
