Thecommunityfirstappearedinthe1990s,andthenwiththecontinuousinnovationandadva ncementofhightechnology,thedevelopmentofcommunitiesisalsobecomingmorepromising.Pe oplewillpursuetheenjoymentofmateriallifeaftertheyhavetheconditions,andthecommunityise nteringtheeyesofpeoplebecauseof this.However,its development in China is actually a relatively late start,but with the gradual rise of China,the development of communities will certainly be smoother.When it comes to smart buildings,it is inseparable from building electrical technology,because building electrical is the soul of a smart building.In the overall design process of the intelligent community,the most important thing is the construction of building electrical,because building electrical is the soul of a smart building.To ensure the safe and stable operation of the community,it is necessary to do a good job in building electrical construction to ensure that the various businesses of the community are more intelligent.As an indispensable part of building a smart community,building electrical technology is also becoming more and more developed in the tempering of time.Building electrical is a science that creates,maintains and improves limited spaces and environments.It not only uses traditional technology but also modern science and technology.It mainly uses electrical energy,electrical equipment and electrical technology as its basic construction methods.This paper aims at designing a smart community building electrical in a certain district of Changchun City,and strives to design a scientific and reasonable plan.Firstly,the power supply area and the power consumption load of the statistical cell are divided and calculated accordingly,and the basis for designing a suitable design and implementation scheme for the power supply and distribution system of the community is laid;then,the analysis of the principle of differential configuration of the power distribution terminal and the relay protection is performed.Then design the total power distribution scheme of the community,plan and design the scientific and reasonable electrical main wiring form of the low-voltage side of the transformer according to the details of the specific power supply area,and obtain the transformer capacity through detailed calculation,so as to select the appropriate capacity based on this.The transformer model and specifications,and then detailed grounding protection design for the community and distribution automation design,and based on this selection of economical andreasonable power supply equipment,to achieve the district’s distribution automation.Develop lightning protection schemes that meet the needs of communities,including the installation of lightning receptors,down conductors,grounding devices,etc.,analysis of related technologies,and design of lightning protection nets,lightning protection brackets,etc.,and then designers separately carry out the relevant lightning protection needs.Corresponding mine lightning protection design to achieve the purpose of community mine release,to ensure the security of the community.This paper designs a fire monitoring system and fire linkage system for the community to monitor and detect the occurrence of fire in real time.Once the fire occurs,the fire detection device will quickly transmit information to the fire linkage system,and then the fire linkage system will take various measures to extinguish the fire.Evacuate personnel and other work.The times never stop the pace of its progress,as does building electrical.Therefore,the construction electrical staff will face more challenges,thus achieving more innovation and opening a more intelligent building electrical era.
